"I would love to say how grateful I am of all the staff at pitstop. Since my little boy started they have been nothing but amazing. He was very unsure at first and their caring and compassionate personality of each individual who works there has reassured him and encouraged him to become settled and happy whilst in their care.
They go out their way to create open ended activities for children and help with each child’s development. Although they have a key person system as a parent I believe I have had an amazing partnership with each member of staff and feel comfortable to discuss any concern should I have any come up in the future ( haven’t had any to date) and know that I will be advised and support in a professional and helpful manner.
I love seeing their observations on my son and to see him happy means everything as a parent."
"We have been very happy with Pitstop since our son started mid-last year. He loves attending the setting and regularly talks about each member of the team when he is at home. This is clearly testament to the caring and thoughtful approach the Pitstop team take to their roles and to their interactions with all of the children.
There was a period where our son was going through a hitting phase. The team worked closely with us and our son to help guide him through this phase and his behaviour has improved dramatically.
The team pay special attention to the specific interests of each child and we are regularly updated on the various things that are peaking his interests at any given stage and what the team are doing to encourage and develop these interests / skills.
He is always excited to go to Pitstop and we thank the team for their wonderful work!"
